1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 88ee website, creating a player account, or using any product or service offered on the 88ee platform — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and jackpot products — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the 88ee platform regardless of their location within or outside Pakistan.

88ee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot demonstrate eligibility upon request will be suspended pending review and may be permanently closed. Any funds held in ineligible accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

3. Account Registration

Each individual user is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 88ee platform only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering an account, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile phone number.
• Select a secure password and keep it confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account, including any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Notify 88ee promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of your account security.
• Submit valid Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — typically a Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC) — when requested by 88ee. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed.

88ee reserves the right to refuse any account application without providing a reason. Account registration does not guarantee approval or continued access to the platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The 88ee platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the 88ee platform:

• All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be conducted using payment accounts or bank accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits made from accounts belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the 88ee account banking section. These limits may be adjusted at 88ee's discretion.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to 88ee's satisfaction.

• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit transaction with your payment provider while simultaneously retaining funds or winnings on the 88ee platform constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

88ee may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that govern eligibility, wagering requirements, minimum odds or game restrictions, expiry timeframes, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, or using bonus funds in a calculated low-risk manner designed to extract guaranteed value — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall govern for matters directly related to that promotion.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the 88ee platform are settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published on the platform. In the event of an ambiguity or omission, 88ee's decision on settlement shall be final.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the 88ee system may not be withdrawn or modified by the player after confirmation.
• 88ee reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were erroneously displayed due to a technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure.

88ee's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
